Terms of Use

Last updated 1 November 2026

The simple rules for using Coachie, written so a coach or a player can read them in a couple of minutes.

Using Coachie

Coachie is a coaching platform for GAA teams. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Coachie.

Coachie is in early access. Features may change, and some may be added, paused or removed as we learn what works for clubs.

Your account

  • You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Coachie is for adults. You must be 18 or over to hold an account.
  • Access to coach tools depends on the role your club gives you. Please do not try to access areas or information you have not been given access to.

Clubs and coaches

If you add players or other people to Coachie, you confirm that you are entitled to do so for your team and that those people know their information is being used in the app. The club is responsible for how it uses squad information, and Coachie processes it on the club's behalf.

Coaches should not record information that is not needed to run the team. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, abusive, harassing or discriminatory content.
  • No attempts to break, probe or overload the service, or to access other users' data.
  • No uploading malicious files or content that infringes someone else's rights.
  • No using Coachie to collect or process information about people under 18.

Your content

You and your club keep ownership of what you put into Coachie. You give us permission to store, display and process it so we can provide the service to you. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Not medical advice

Coachie's training load, readiness, injury and rehab tools are planning aids. They are not medical advice and do not replace a qualified physio, doctor or other professional. If you are injured or unwell, seek proper medical advice.

AI features

Some features use AI to suggest drills, game plans or to read stats from files. Outputs can be wrong. Coaches should check them before relying on them.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Coachie running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, particularly during early access. We may update the service and these terms; if we make material changes we will tell you in the app or by email.

Ending your use

You can stop using Coachie and ask us to delete your account at any time (see our delete-your-account page). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, Coachie is provided as is during early access, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by things outside our reasonable control.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have in your own country.
