Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Coachie account and personal data at any time.
In the app
Sign in, open Profile and choose Delete my account. We receive your request straight away.
By email
If you cannot sign in, email conor@coachie.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm it is you.
What happens next
- We delete your account and personal data from the live app within 30 days.
- Deleted records can be recoverable on our platform for up to 30 days and may remain in backups until those cycle out.
- Information your club holds about its squad is controlled by the club. If you want that removed too, please also ask your coach or club.
- We keep only what we are required to keep by law, and a record that your deletion request was made.
