Pain Recovery For Athletes
In this 2 hr workshop I will teach your team how to use recovery tools to break down adhesions ensuring your players maintain pain-free performance throughout their competitive season.
The session will focus on:
• Retraining muscle slings and patterns
• Myofascial release
• Diaphragmatic breathwork
This workshop is suitable for all levels and for those currently experiencing a painful condition. I can travel to your club facility in Dublin and deliver a session for a squad of up to 30 members. All participants will receive personal instruction and individual attention.
