With qualifications in Health Science, Neuromuscular therapy, Coaching with neuroscience and training design and delivery. I have developed a holistic one-to-one approach that I have used to guide hundreds of people over thousands of one 2 one treatments.

I continue to serve people in pain in the Dublin area to regain their health and well-being by moving through times of challenge, building resilience and learning to regulate and rebalance our bodies.

I have been training and teaching around this approach for over a decade.
